Aromatic Omnivision




							An auming resonates throughout the dome Anxious anticipation of what may become You find your seat and sink into the tonality The dome is black, except for a sphere of pulsating rainbow color This evenings participants fill the remaining seats A serene oboe drones from the aum hum, as the pulsating orb unfolds its violet hue upon the dome An aroma of purple intrigue fills the air Your senses begin to swim in the near palpable space Wonder; Do I smell the aroma, see the color and hear the sound? Or is one the product of the other two? The shimmering sound of ten thousand glass raindrops unveils a violet dawn and summons our dolphin hosts from the rainforest horizon. The joyful silver dolphin dance enlivens our senses. With shimmering stardust trails, we follow the dolphins tails. Beyond the trees and into the violet tranquility The morning songs of harp and oboe endear us to the moment Travelling a cosmic road of rainbow colored threads we pass the moon below, on our way to Venus pulsing red and blue Then to Saturn with brilliant violet return We soar between planet and rings, gathering anxious speed We turn to view the Earth beyond the Sun Dazzling and alive, we are drawn with sound of timpani kettles Our voyage becomes swift Piercing Earth's stratosphere with brashing cymbal sound We see the radiant blue sea The dolphins are going home

The harmony of aroma, color and sound... or "What makes Terrapin Station tick?"
The intervals of harmony and dissonance found in sound, continue through the frequency spectrum of color and also aroma. Everything vibrates. I believe that bringing sound, color and aroma into a harmonic synergy would entrain the brain more significantly toward that harmony and in this way develop a number of healthful, as well as entertaining prospects.
