2. Promote your event through Facebook and Terrapin Station email, if desired.
   
3. Prepare information for your event including band bio and promotional photos
   
4. Help integrate the music into the overall flow of the event schedule.
   
5. Free your time and attention to other areas of planning.

Since opening Terrapin Station in 2008, I have developed a network of hundreds of musicians with styles including:

Matching the right music and musicians for each event is an art.

It is vitally important to me that you direct the character and quality of your event and I will take time to make sure I understand what you want. I will inform you about my progress and ask questions if I am unclear about any aspect of the project.
